Logistics Colocation of Data Center DC2

Scope of Work:
DART is requesting services for the migration of its Primary Data Center (PDC) devices from the existing data center location to a new colocation hosting facility. The scope of work includes:

• Un-racking of networking, compute, and storage devices at the current data center
• Physical relocation of these devices to the colocation facility
• Re-racking of all devices at the destination location

This solicitation is issued by DART.

Background:
DART requires a blanket purchase order to facilitate the transition of its PDC devices to a new colocation hosting facility. The migration is necessary to ensure continued operations and optimal infrastructure performance.

Contract Requirements:
Please note that installation of cabinets, cabling, and power distribution units at the destination site will be completed by other parties prior to the move. The contractor is responsible solely for the un-racking, transportation, and re-racking of the specified devices.
