Lee's Summit Indoor Sports Complex

The City of Lee's Summit is seeking bids for the construction of the Lee's Summit Indoor Sports Complex (Project No. 2026-PR-003). The work for this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to:

• Construction of a new 98,500 square foot indoor sports facility
• Installation of 10 courts (accommodating 10 basketball or 14 volleyball games)
• Development of multi-purpose meeting spaces
• Provision of administration, patron gathering and seating areas
• Creation of storage and support spaces
• Site improvements including parking, pedestrian circulation throughout the site, plaza, and other gathering spaces, along with necessary support infrastructure

This solicitation is issued by Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation (Owner), located in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
