Learning Management System RFP

Background

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of a Learning Management System (LMS) that will track training for the UTSW Organizational staff. The LMS should include functionalities for data management and query capabilities as specified under commodity codes 43232300 (Data management and query software) and 83121604 (Online database information retrieval systems).

Proposals must address the specifications outlined in the RFP, including security awareness training requirements as per HB 3834.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the duration specified in the proposal, with a closing date for submissions set for November 5, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at UT Southwestern Medical Center located in Dallas, Texas.
