Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids for the lease of one enclosed boat storage space. This facility will be located near the Overlook Marina Boat Ramp on Lake Somerville in Washington County, Texas. The purpose of this contract is to provide secure storage for boats, ensuring quick access to the lake.

Work Details
The contract involves leasing one (1) enclosed garage-style boat storage space with the following specifications:
- Approximately 720 square feet in size.
- Minimum height of 13 feet, width of 14 feet, and depth of 50 feet.
- Two garage-style doors with a minimum height of 13 feet and width of 12 feet, functional during power outages.
- Minimum of two overhead lights and two 110-volt power outlets.
- Gravel rock flooring or equivalent material capable of supporting heavy vehicles.
- Driveway must support heavy vehicles in wet conditions.
- Facility must include secure gated access, outdoor security lighting, and maintenance responsibilities for utilities and emergency responses.

Period of Performance
The lease term is for twenty-four (24) months starting from August 1, 2025, or upon award, whichever is later, through July 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Lake Somerville, Washington County, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Historically Underutilized Business requirements and provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation terms. They must also certify that they are not listed on any disallowed lists maintained by the Texas Comptroller.
