Lab Casework

Background
MD Anderson Cancer Center is soliciting proposals for the provision of Heavy Duty Mobile Laboratory Casework and associated items and services. This contract aims to support MD Anderson's mission in providing high-quality cancer care through the enhancement of laboratory facilities.

Work Details
The successful bidder (Contractor) will provide Heavy Duty Mobile Laboratory Casework, Associated Items, and Services as described in detail within Rider 101 Scope of Work and Rider 102 Price Schedule. Specific requirements include the provision of laboratory casework that meets specified standards for durability and functionality, as well as any necessary installation services. The contractor must ensure that all products comply with relevant safety and operational standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the proposal submissions. Key dates include a pre-submittal conference on June 24, 2025, and a close date for proposals on July 17, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at MD Anderson Cancer Center located at 7007 Bertner Ave, Houston, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan as part of their proposal. A HUB Subcontracting Plan is required if subcontracting opportunities are probable. Additionally, contractors must submit a completed Form 1295 before or concurrent with the submission of the signed contract if awarded.
