The Texas A&M Forest Service is seeking bids for the procurement of specific communication equipment to enhance their operational capabilities during emergency responses. Work Details
The selected vendor will provide the following equipment:
- Two (2) Kymeta Hawk u8 LEO flat panel terminals, including:
- u8 vehicle rack mount roof rack kit
- u8 DC power kit
- u8 extended warranty
- Two (2) Dejero M6E6F Gateway 1u, 6-modem units configured for:
- 2 T-Mobile modems
- 2 FirstNet modems
- 1 Verizon modem
- 1 AT&T modem
- Roof mount antennas and 20-foot cables for all modems.
This equipment must be new, in first-class condition, and compatible with existing systems. The vendor must be a manufacturer-authorized dealer capable of providing warranty service. Shipping costs to the specified address in Merkel, TX must be included in the per-item cost. No substitutions are allowed.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to conclude with the delivery of all specified items by November 14, 2024.
