Background
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking bids for janitorial services for its Drivers License office located at 4831 FM 349, Kilgore, Texas. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the office, which is essential for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services that include but are not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of all office areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Trash removal.
- Periodic deep cleaning as specified in the Statement of Work Exhibit.

The contractor must comply with all specifications outlined in the solicitation document.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire five (5) years from that effective date. DPS reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional six-month period if necessary.
