CITY OF KELLER REQUEST FOR BID Sealed bids will be received at Keller Town Hall Information Desk, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy, Keller, TX until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 for seeking a vendor(s) to provide all labor and equipment to perform the outlined services within the City of Keller city limits: Keller Sanitary Sewer Relocation at the Keller Municipal Service Center Bid Documents may be examined at City Hall at 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller, TX 76248, or a PDF of the Bid Documents may be obtained free of charge on https://www.civcastusa.com/ under the project name Keller Sanitary Sewer Relocation. Addenda are free of charge and will be distributed to those who purchase Bid Documents. Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy, Room 106. Background
The City of Keller is seeking bids for the Keller Sanitary Sewer Relocation project at the Keller Municipal Service Center. This project aims to relocate existing sanitary sewer infrastructure within the city limits of Keller, Texas. The City of Keller is committed to ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the relocation of sanitary sewer lines. Specific tasks include:

1. Mobilization
2. General site preparation
3. Pre-construction video documentation
4. Barricades, signs, and traffic handling
5. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) implementation
6. Removal and reinstallation of chain link fence with privacy screen
7. Removal and relocation of gravel storage area
8. Removal of existing asphalt pavement and concrete pavement
9. Installation of new asphalt and concrete pavements
10. Installation of new sanitary sewer pipes including 6" SDR-35 PVC and 10" SDR-35 PVC pipes, manholes, cleanouts, and vacuum testing.

Period of Performance
The contractor must commence work within ten (10) calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed and complete substantial work within 93 calendar days. Final completion is expected within 123 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the city limits of Keller, Texas, specifically at the Keller Municipal Service Center located at 1100 Bear Creek Parkway.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The contractor must comply with insurance requirements including Workers' Compensation and Commercial General Liability insurance. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to participate in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program.
