Kayak, Canoe and/or Paddle Board Rental Concessionaire for White Rock Lake

The work of this contract involves the furnishing and operation of a portable kayak, canoe, and/or paddle board rental concession along the east shore of White Rock Lake at the location specified in Attachment III - Map. The selected concessionaire must provide at least one of the three types of watercraft rentals kayak, canoe, or paddle board to the public. The successful proposer will be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, park improvements, labor, permits, and licenses required to deliver high quality products and services as outlined in the solicitation terms and conditions. All items and services will be provided on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the agreement, as this is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, where specific quantities and delivery schedules are not predetermined. The City of Dallas Park and Recreation (PKR) Department is the requesting agency for this contract. Proposers are invited to submit proposals that demonstrate their qualifications and responsibility to operate the concession in accordance with the requirements set forth. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by 10/27/2025. All proposals must adhere to the instructions and requirements detailed in the solicitation documents, including compliance with the specified location and all applicable regulations.
