The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSWMC) is a leading academic medical center known for its research, education, and clinical care. Work Details
The selected contractor will provide multi-trade construction services under the Job Order Contract Program. This includes specialized public building construction services, heavy construction machinery and equipment, nonresidential building construction services, hospital construction services, and various other construction-related tasks as outlined in the commodity codes.
The contractor will be responsible for adhering to the Owner's Master Specifications, Project Special Conditions, and all relevant guidelines throughout the project.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on March 16, 2026, and conclude on April 17, 2026.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations associated with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate compliance with several prerequisites including understanding the General Information for the RFP, Scope of Services, Selection Criteria, Uniform General Conditions for UT System Construction Projects, and other specific project requirements.
Contractors must also provide proof of certification regarding franchise tax status and submit a Hub Subcontracting Plan.
