Janitorial Supplies, Trash Bags, and Liners

Background
The City of Dallas, Texas, is seeking bids to establish a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for the procurement of janitorial supplies, specifically trash bags and liners, for use across various City departments.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that all City departments have access to necessary janitorial supplies to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Work Details
The contract will cover the supply of various janitorial supplies including but not limited to trash bags and liners. Specific requirements include:
- Provision of newly manufactured goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
- Goods must conform to the specifications set forth by the City.
- The supplier must provide warranty coverage for a period of one year from the date of official acceptance by the City, which includes replacement of any defective or nonconforming goods at no cost during this period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect for a duration of five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The goods will be delivered to various locations throughout the City of Dallas as specified in individual delivery orders.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Suppliers are required to provide a valid W-9 form prior to contract award. Additionally, suppliers must not have outstanding liabilities owed to the City and must not be on any debarment lists.
Compliance with safety standards and submission of Safety Data Sheets for hazardous materials is also required.
