Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CapMetro) is seeking proposals for comprehensive janitorial services across its facilities located in Austin, Cedar Park, and Leander, Texas. Work Details
The janitorial services will encompass three facility groups:
1. Administration and Operation Facilities
2. Park and Ride (P&R) Facilities
3. Rail Stations
Specific tasks include regular cleaning, maintenance of restrooms, breakrooms, platforms, and other designated areas within these facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies and equipment for the execution of these services.
