Background
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, is issuing this solicitation for Janitorial and Sanitation Supplies and Services. TIPS aims to provide public entities and qualifying non-profit members with an efficient procurement process through an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation allows TIPS Members to access necessary supplies and services on an as-needed basis without a specific project scope.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a wide range of janitorial and sanitation supplies and services, including but not limited to:
- Janitorial services
- Sanitation services
- Disinfecting services
- Cleaning chemicals
- Janitorial or cleaning equipment
- Janitorial disposables
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Vendors are required to submit comprehensive listings of the products and services they intend to offer under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for approximately three years with a one-year consecutive option for renewal. The term calculation will start on the last day of the month in which award notifications are anticipated.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed nationwide across various public entities and qualifying non-profits that are members of TIPS.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must respond to this solicitation if they currently hold TIPS Contract 230103 for Janitorial and Sanitation Supplies and Services to avoid a lapse in their contract. Vendors must comply with specific pricing models, including firm pricing at the time of sale and adherence to proposed discounts. Additionally, vendors must submit documentation such as current IRS Tax Form W-9, reference letters from customers, and any applicable certificates or licenses.
