Background
The Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas (DPS) is seeking bids for janitorial services at their Jacksonville office located at 502 East Pine, Jacksonville, TX 75766.
The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services including daily cleaning, monthly cleaning, and semi-annual cleaning as specified in the Statement of Work.
The services must comply with all requirements outlined in the contract.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas;
- Monthly deep cleaning tasks;
- Semi-annual maintenance tasks as detailed in the service level agreement.

Period of Performance
The contract term commences on September 1, 2025, and expires on August 31, 2030.
DPS reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional six months if necessary.
