Background
The University of Houston is requesting pricing from vendors for the purchase, delivery, and installation of furnishing for the UHSL Academic Building 2 Furniture. The project involves planning and design of the furniture scope of the Sugar Land – College of Technology, SAB 1 project.

Work Details
The contract includes two packages: Package A - Private Office Casegoods & Staff/Student Workstations and Open Line Ancillary Furnishings. The proposed products must meet ANSI/BIFMA, UL and ASTM industry standards for performance. The furniture vendor is responsible for coordinating the schedule of freight elevator services for hoisting furniture with the building manager, general contractor, and project team.

Period of Performance
Issue for Proposal #1 is on February 7, 2024.
