ITB - Asphalt Rehabilitation for Memorial Drive between San Felipe and West of Chimney Rock (2024) for Harris County Precinct 3

Background
The Harris County Precinct 3 is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the asphalt rehabilitation of Memorial Drive between San Felipe and West of Chimney Rock.

4. Implementation of a Heat Protection Safety Requirement in the project Safety Plan to protect workers from extreme weather conditions during construction.
