The work of this contract involves upgrading the Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) Video Production Control Rooms, the ICTN Remote Truck, and the existing ICTN infrastructure at 233 S. Rogers Road, Irving, Texas 75060. The upgrades must include a Computer Graphics System (CG), Video Production Switcher (Switcher), Video Production Switcher Control Surface (Tub), Video Replay System (Replay), Video Routing Hardware (Router), Intercom System, Encoders and Decoders, Cellular Uplink Hardware, Satellite Signal Hardware, wiring and infrastructure, and other miscellaneous required items and services. This solicitation is being issued by the City of Irving (City), which is seeking bids from qualified vendors for these upgrades. The contract is intended to modernize and enhance the ICTN's video production capabilities at the specified location, as well as in the ICTN Remote Truck, to support the City's ongoing community television operations.
