The City of Corpus Christi is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide heavy equipment wrecker services for its Asset Management - Fleet Maintenance Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable towing and recovery services for city vehicles and equipment, supporting the city's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide wrecker services for city vehicles and equipment, including towing to and from the City garage or other locations as directed by authorized personnel. Services include:

- Towing Category 3 vehicles (19,501 to 34,000 GVWR) such as garbage trucks and dump trucks.
- Towing Category 4 vehicles (over 34,001 GVWR) including large excavators and fire trucks.

The contractor must also perform vehicle extractions from difficult terrains, jump start vehicles for up to 15 minutes, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Wrecker services must be available 24/7 without cancellation fees. The contractor must have at least two wreckers permitted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations with specified capacities for each category. Additional requirements include providing necessary tools and equipment for service execution.

Period of Performance
