Intellij IDEA Ultimate Toolbox software subscription renewal DFPS

Background
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit Respondents to enter into contracts with DFPS to provide JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Toolbox subscription renewal. HHSC/PCS will administer the initial stages of the procurement process, including IFB announcement and publication, handling of communications from the respondent, as well as managing the receipt and evaluation of valid responses for final review and evaluation. DFPS will administer the contract.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing software services as per Exhibit D - Pricing Sheet, working with DFPS IT personnel to install or activate software, providing one year of support with software subscriptions, offering trained technicians for installation setup and support services, preparing additional written reports for DFPS when requested, and complying with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions (Exhibit B).

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will start on February 25, 2024, and end on February 24, 2025, with two optional 1-year renewals. Renewal options are available for up to two additional years. The Contractor may offer price adjustments subject to approval by DFPS based on specified criteria. Invoicing and payments must be submitted in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
