Background
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW Airport) is seeking an Innovation Consulting Partner to support critical and complex business initiatives, enhancing the overall capacity of their team. Established in 1973, DFW Airport has a dedicated Innovation department that began in 2019 to manage over 100 projects focused on emerging technologies and operational efficiency. The goal is to foster a culture of innovation and drive projects that align with their mission of 'Travel Transformed.'

Work Details
The contract involves providing consulting services that include but are not limited to:
- Market assessment
- Development of idea briefs
- Consumer insights
- Design thinking workshop facilitation
- Project planning
- Data analysis
- Prototyping
- Technology scouting
- Development of promotional materials.

The consultant must have expertise in innovation processes and methodologies applicable to various sectors including transportation and digital transformation. They will also be expected to enhance DFW's ability to advance projects through trend analysis and innovative solutions.

Period of Performance
The contract term is five years with an expected capacity of $15 million total, translating to $3 million per year.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport located in Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in professional consulting with at least two years in the field. Staff assigned should have a minimum of five years' experience. The contract includes a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) goal of 6%. Proposers must self-identify as either small or large businesses based on Small Business Administration size standards.
