Background
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) of Harris County, Texas is issuing this Purchase Order (PO) for the procurement of heavy-duty machine services.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of necessary services and goods that meet PHA's operational needs while adhering to specified standards and regulations.

Work Details
The Vendor agrees to provide services and goods as defined in the PO. This includes:
1. Delivery of items as specified in the Vendor's Proposal, including compliance with PHA's specifications and standards.
2. Packaging and delivery must follow good commercial practices, with a delivery ticket supplied upon delivery.
3. Services must be performed according to the specifications outlined in the PO and related documents.
4. The Vendor must correct any nonconforming items at their expense or provide a substitute item if notified by PHA.
5. All items must be new unless otherwise specified, free from defects, and conforming to industry standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period defined by the specific terms outlined in the PO, which includes provisions for termination with thirty (30) calendar days written notice by either party.

The services and delivery of products will take place at PHA facilities located in Harris County, Texas.
