Background
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) of Harris County, Texas is seeking to procure items related to informal emergency management, specifically focusing on the purchase of thermostats for the year 2025.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that PHA has the necessary equipment to manage emergency situations effectively.

Work Details
The Vendor agrees to sell and PHA agrees to buy items defined as 'Items' which include services, goods, or other tangible or intangible personal property covered by this Purchase Order (PO).
The Vendor must provide new items that conform to industry standards and specifications outlined in the Solicitation and Proposal documents.
The Vendor is responsible for packaging the Items according to good commercial practice and supplying a delivery ticket upon delivery.
Delivery terms are F.O.B. to PHA facilities during normal business days and hours.
The Vendor must also perform services as specified in the PO and related documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over the year 2025, with specific delivery dates and timelines to be agreed upon in accordance with the PO.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance will be at PHA facilities in Harris County, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
The Vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including those regarding discrimination and unfair labor practices.
The Vendor is required to maintain insurance as specified in the Solicitation and provide proof of coverage.
Additionally, any changes or additional terms proposed by the Vendor must be accepted by PHA in writing.
