Background
The Houston Public Library is seeking quotes for reupholstering and refinishing furniture at the McGovern-Stella Link Regional Library.
The goal of this contract is to restore and enhance the library's furniture, ensuring a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment for patrons.

Work Details
The contractor will provide reupholstering and wood refinishing services for the following items:

- (6) Teen Lounge Chairs: 24” W x 26” D x 33” H, Fabric: Momentum Silica Triad - Julep

- (14) Lounge Chairs: 22” W x 24” D x 32” H, Fabric: ArcCom Task Force Contour Papaya #9 (AC-62058)
- (7) Lounge Chairs: Fabric: ArcCom Task Force Contour Papaya #9 (AC-62058)
- (7) Lounge Chairs: Fabric: ArcCom Task Force Contour Rainstorm #12 (AC-62061).
The contractor must remove existing upholstery, examine and replace any deteriorated or damaged padding, refinish wood as needed, apply Scotchgard to all upholstered furniture, and include pick-up and delivery in the quote.

Period of Performance
