Background
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) of Harris County, Texas is issuing this Purchase Order (PO) for the procurement of services and goods related to the installation of Prysmian Protolon (SM-R) Power Cable.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the delivery and installation of high-quality power cable products that meet industry standards and specifications.

Work Details
The Vendor shall provide the following:
1. Supply and installation of Prysmian Protolon (SM-R) Power Cable as specified in the solicitation documents.
2. Packaging of items must adhere to good commercial practices.
3. Delivery must be accompanied by a delivery ticket and shall occur during normal business days at PHA facilities, with terms being F.O.B. PHA facilities.
4. The Vendor is responsible for correcting any nonconforming items at their expense, including replacing or refurbishing defective items as determined by PHA's inspection prior to acceptance.
