Background
The City of Houston is seeking to procure oil analysis services for its Fleet Management Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective monitoring and maintenance of the city's fleet through comprehensive oil analysis, thereby enhancing vehicle performance and longevity.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply Oil Sample Kits that include a Sample Bottle, Sample Document, and Sample Envelope. Each oil sample will be tested for various parameters including wear metals (PPM), contaminant metals (PPM), multi-source metals (PPM), additive metals (PPM), and contaminants such as fuel dilution, soot, and water.

The testing results will be compiled into an electronic 'Lubricant Analysis Report' sent within 72 business hours. A minimum of 965 vehicles will be enrolled in the program, with each component receiving up to four sample tests per year. The contractor must also provide a website for tracking trends and severity of results, which includes management reports like Severity Summary Report, Sample Volume Report, Sample Frequency Report, Problem Summary Report, Program Condition Report, and Data Analysis Report.

All materials must meet industry standards and come with a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date given notice to proceed.

The services will be performed in Houston, Texas.
