Informal 2025 Fire Department Boat Electronics Repair

Background
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) of Harris County, Texas, is seeking to procure services related to the repair of boat electronics for the Fire Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the electronic systems on fire department boats are functioning properly and meet operational standards.

Work Details
The Vendor will provide repair services for boat electronics as specified in the Purchase Order (PO). This includes ensuring that all items are new (unless otherwise specified), free from defects, conforming to industry standards, and suitable for their intended purpose.

The Vendor is responsible for packaging items according to good commercial practices and supplying a delivery ticket upon delivery. Services must be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the PO and related documents. The Vendor must also correct any nonconformities or defects identified by PHA within one year from acceptance of the item.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period defined by the terms outlined in the Purchase Order, with specific timelines for delivery and service completion as agreed upon between PHA and the Vendor.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at PHA facilities located in Harris County, Texas.
