IEP Platform to Include Medicaid Billing, Service Tracker Capabilities, FIE, 504, MTSS, and LPAC Committee Student Software

Background
The Northside Independent School District (NISD) is seeking proposals for an IEP Platform that includes Medicaid billing, service tracker capabilities, and support for FIE, 504, MTSS, and LPAC committee student software.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the district's ability to manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) effectively while ensuring compliance with Medicaid billing requirements.
This initiative aligns with NISD's mission to provide quality education and support services to its students.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive IEP platform that includes the following features:
- Medicaid Billing capabilities
- Service Tracker functionalities
- Support for FIE (Full Individual Evaluation) processes
- Compliance with 504 plans
- Integration with MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) frameworks
- Support for LPAC (Language Proficiency Assessment Committee) processes.
All proposals must include shipping and handling costs to the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon approval by the Board of Trustees and will last for three years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.

The services will be performed at the Northside Independent School District located in San Antonio, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. They are required to submit various mandatory forms including a Vendor Certification Form, Edgar Compliance documentation, and a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire.
Additionally, vendors must certify compliance with provisions related to debarment and suspension, as well as certifications regarding lobbying activities.
