HVAC Preventative Maintenance

Background
The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is a municipally owned electric utility and a distinct instrumentality of the City of Greenville, Texas. GEUS is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to perform quarterly preventative maintenance inspections on thirty-six (36) HVAC units located at three different sites. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation and longevity of the HVAC systems through regular maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will perform quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, which include:
- Fall Inspection and Filter Change
- Winter Filter Change
- Spring Inspection and Filter Change
- Summer Filter Change

The pricing for these services must include:
- 1" pleated filters, lubricants, coil cleaners, algaecide pan tablets
- Labor necessary to perform inspections and/or filter changes. The contract requires a proven record of accomplishment in providing innovative solutions that represent the best value to clients.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the Service Agreement and will continue through September 30, 2026. There are options for annual renewal for up to four additional one-year periods, not exceeding a total of sixty months without rebidding.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at three locations in Greenville, Texas:
- 6000 Joe Ramsey Blvd (15 units)
- 2810 Wesley St (4 units)
- 4201 Power Lane (12 units).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a proven record of accomplishment in providing similar services. They are required to submit various vendor forms including a Vendor Statement of Agreement, W-9 Form, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Form, Certification of No Boycotts, LSIPA Attestation, and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Additionally, all vendors must maintain specific insurance coverage as outlined in the solicitation.
