Houston HQ Exterior Repairs and Painting

Background
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) of the State of Texas is seeking bids for exterior repairs and painting at its Region II Headquarters located at 12230 West Road, Jersey Village, TX 77065.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and aesthetic improvement of the facility through masonry repairs, painting, and parking lot restriping.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Repairing the exterior masonry of the DPS Region II Headquarters.
2. Painting the exterior surfaces as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Restriping the parking lot according to the provided specifications.
4. All work must comply with the requirements outlined in the SOW and any applicable regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire on August 31, 2025.
DPS reserves the right to extend performance for up to six months if necessary.

The work will be performed at DPS Region II Headquarters located at 12230 West Road, Jersey Village, TX 77065.
