Homestead Apartments Abatement and Demolition

The work under this contract consists of the abatement and complete demolition of the Homestead Apartments complex, located at 5800 Medina Base Road, San Antonio, Texas. The scope of work includes the removal of all existing structures, such as apartment buildings, foundations, and any associated structures, resulting in a cleared and empty lot prepared for future development. This solicitation is issued by the Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities, also known as Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly doing business as San Antonio Housing Authority, or SAHA). The contract is being pursued to facilitate the redevelopment of the site by ensuring the safe and thorough abatement and demolition of the current structures at the specified location.
