Grant Writing and Grant Consulting Services on an IDIQ Basis

Background
The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) is seeking a consultant to provide grant writing and consulting services. The goal of this contract is to support UTSA in grant research, analysis, proposal submission, and general grant management.

The contract will be performed on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis, allowing for flexibility in the timing and quantity of services provided as needed by UTSA.
