Gift Baskets

Background
The City of Austin is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP 8200 KMF3040) to procure Gift Baskets for select clients of the Austin Convention Center Department (ACCD) on an as-needed basis.

The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality gift baskets that meet the specific needs of the ACCD clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a variety of gift baskets that may include food items, beverages, and other premium products. Specific requirements include:

1. Submission of three color photographs of representative gift baskets that meet or exceed specifications.
2. An itemized list detailing the items included in each basket, including item names, quantities, and prices.
3. Provision of a Gift Basket Catalog and a Premium Gift Basket Catalog with pricing per item.
4. Compliance with all specifications outlined in Section 5 of the Scope of Work.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue until all obligations are fulfilled, with options for extension at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the City of Austin, Texas.
