Genesis Systems, Presumptive Eligibility (PE) Web Portal Software Support Services

Background
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for annual software support services for the Genesis Systems, Inc. Presumptive Eligibility (PE) Web Portal. This initiative is part of HHSC's mission to oversee and coordinate health and human services in Texas.

The contract will be utilized by both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). The historical monetary value for similar services was approximately $55,000 for the period from September 1, 2023, to August 15, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Tier 2 support for the PE Web Portal during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time). The services include responding to service calls within four hours of request and providing virtual support with no on-site component required.

The contract term is from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. The contractor must ensure that all personnel assigned have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and are located within the United States. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the services as outlined in this IFB.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed virtually or at the contractor's location within the United States.
