Generator Maintenance & Repair_Houston

Background
The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center is seeking proposals for maintenance and repair operations for emergency generators across its Houston locations. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliability and operational readiness of these critical power systems, which are essential for the institution's healthcare mission.

Work Details
The successful contractor will provide comprehensive emergency generator maintenance and repair services as outlined in Rider 101 Scope of Work. This includes but is not limited to: routine inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and emergency response services for various types of generators including gas, thermal, hydraulic, and steam generators.

The contractor must have experience with diesel engine brands such as Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Caterpillar, and MTU. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for maintaining records of all preventative maintenance and inspections for each generator.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for a duration specified in the proposal submissions. Ongoing maintenance services will be required throughout this period.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Houston metropolitan area where M.D. Anderson Cancer Center operates.
