Gas Calibrator and Compressed Air

Background
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking bids for gas dilution calibrators and compressed air sources to support calibrations and quality control procedures. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the agency has the necessary equipment to maintain air quality standards in environmental monitoring.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following items:

1. Gas Dilution Calibrator, Model 4010M, Sabio Environmental, LLC, Item #: 4010M-100, or equal.
2. Compressed Air Source, Model 1001, Sabio Environmental, LLC, Item #: 1001-100, or equal.

The calibrator must dynamically mix a component gas with a balance gas at total flow rates up to 20 liters per minute using microprocessor-controlled mass flow controllers. It should also include a built-in ozone generator for precise ozone concentrations and have capabilities for gas phase titration. The compressed air source must produce clean, dry air with specific pollutant limits and operational characteristics.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to be within 120 calendar days after receipt of the order.

Place of Performance
Delivery shall be made to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality at 12100 Park 35 Circle, Building B, Austin, Texas, 78753.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable Texas purchasing laws and regulations. They are required to provide a Texas Identification Number System (TINS) number and must not be listed as ineligible under various state statutes regarding business with Iran or Sudan. Bidders must also certify that they do not boycott Israel and will not do so during the term of the contract.
