Background
The Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas (DPS) is seeking bids for the replacement of flooring at the DPS Rosenberg Area Office. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all work is completed by the deadline of August 31, 2025, as part of their commitment to maintaining safe and functional facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of flooring at the DPS Rosenberg Area Office. This includes:
- Removal of existing flooring materials
- Installation of new flooring materials as specified in the Scope of Work Exhibit
- Compliance with all relevant specifications and standards outlined in the solicitation document.

The contractor must also develop a transition plan if a new contractor is awarded a subsequent contract or if DPS decides to perform the work themselves.
