FY24-25 Sealcoating Project

Background
The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is issuing a solicitation for the FY24-25 Sealcoating Project.
The project aims to enhance the city's infrastructure through sealcoating, which is a critical maintenance activity for roadways.
The City intends to ensure that the work aligns with their standards and specifications, which are available online.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Mobilization, which includes all costs associated with moving equipment and personnel to the job site, as well as any required Payment and/or Performance Bonds.
2. Sealcoating of 71,987 square yards of roadway.
The contractor must provide unit pricing for both mobilization and sealcoating services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed in accordance with the timeline established by the City, with bids due by May 22nd, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all bidding documents and instructions by signing the bid form.
They are required to execute a Standard Construction Services Agreement if awarded the contract and must provide any necessary insurance certificates and/or endorsements, as well as Payment and Performance Bonds prior to commencing work.
