Background
The City of San Antonio's Public Works Department is issuing a formal invitation for bids (IFB) for the FY 2025 Wheelchair Ramp Installation Task Order Contract Package 1. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the installation of wheelchair ramps, enhancing accessibility in the city.

The estimated construction cost for this contract is $750,007.00, with funding allocations from CoSA, SAWS, and CPS Energy.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation of wheelchair ramps as specified in the contract documents. The project requires substantial completion within 360 calendar days.

Additionally, two project signs are required on-site during the project duration.
