Description

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting Proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required to make structural repairs to the building to include parking ramp and various building envelope repairs at the TWC Fort Worth office building location.

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting Proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required to make structural repairs to the building to include parking ramp and various building envelope repairs at the TWC Fort Worth office building location.

Work Details
Furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required to make structural repairs to the building to include parking ramp and various building envelope repairs at the TWC Fort Worth office building located at 301 W 13th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
Project will include various building envelope spot repairs, parking ramp sealing and repairs and installation of exhaust fan in storage room under parking ramp.
The estimated budget for this project is $400,000.00.

Period of Performance
The Contract Term will commence on the date of Notice to Proceed and will consist of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days for base scope (including lead time for equipment/materials) following the Notice to Proceed date at 6:00PM for substantial completion of construction phase.

Place of Performance
TWC Fort Worth office building located at 301 W 13th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
