The Port of Houston Authority is seeking qualified proposers to fabricate and deliver safety and traffic signage as part of the Unified Port Terminal Safety Signage Project. This initiative aims to enhance safety and mitigate risks across three key port terminal locations by establishing a consistent and universally understood safety protocol through standardized signage.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the fabrication and delivery of safety and traffic signage at three port terminal locations. The project includes the design, materials, installation, and maintenance of these signs to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Bidders must comply with local business participation goals, including a minimum of 35% small business participation and an aspirational goal of 30% minority- and woman-owned business enterprise (MWBE) participation. Bidders are required to provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents, including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability insurance. Additionally, bidders must be registered in the Port Authority's BuySpeed eProcurement System prior to submission.
