Background
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) is seeking proposals for the design and fabrication of a new tour boat to enhance its mission of providing recreational and educational experiences on the waterways.
This project aims to replace the existing tour boat, ensuring improved service delivery and visitor engagement.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete design and fabrication of a new vessel that meets PHA's specifications. The project includes:
