Foam Hand Sanitizer

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of PURELL Foam Hand Sanitizer. All pricing provided must include delivery and freight charges, as items are to be delivered F.O.B. Destination. Shipping costs should be incorporated into the quoted price. Each item listed in the solicitation will be awarded to the bidder offering the overall lowest qualified bid, taking into account the base year and any contract extensions, if applicable. SAWS reserves the right to award the contract resulting from this RFQ to a single source. The terms and conditions governing this RFQ and any resulting contract will be in accordance with DIR, if applicable. If a DIR quote is not submitted, the terms and conditions will follow the document found on the 'Attachments Tab' associated with this RFQ. Electronic quotes must be submitted before the specified deadline; late submissions will not be considered.
