Fire Sprinkler System Repairs

Work Requested:
La Joya Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified and interested vendors for the repair of fire sprinkler systems. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing all necessary services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation.

Background:
The District requires fire sprinkler system repairs to be completed during the contract period, which runs from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.

Contract Requirements:

• All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions provided in the solicitation documents.
• Vendors must review all relevant documentation, including the "Attachments" Tab for Terms and Conditions, the "Attributes" Tab, the "Line Items" Tab, and the "Response Attachments" Tab for additional proposal information.
• Proposals will be evaluated and awarded based on the criteria specified in the solicitation to ensure the best value for the District.
