Background
The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Facility Management and Maintenance Software under the number 26/024MF. Work Details

It should also support integration with existing systems used by HCDE members. The initial contract term is one year with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals based on performance and mutual agreement.
Period of Performance
The initial base term of the contract is one calendar year from the award date, with options for up to four additional one-year renewal terms.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at HCDE's facilities located at 6300 Irvington Blvd., Houston, Texas 77022. Services may also extend to other locations as required by CP members across Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. They must demonstrate their ability to meet the technical specifications outlined in the RFP. Additionally, vendors are encouraged to provide evidence of their experience in delivering similar software solutions to educational or governmental entities.
