Background
Texas A&M International University (TAMIU), a member of the Texas A&M University System and a state agency, is seeking proposals from firms to provide landscape services and building maintenance. Work Details
The contract encompasses two primary service areas: Building Maintenance and Landscape Services.
Building Maintenance includes routine, unplanned, and reactive maintenance as well as preventive maintenance for various building systems such as access card readers, ADA systems, air scrubbers, alarm systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, autoclaves, elevators, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and more.
Landscape Services involve maintaining designated grounds areas according to specified levels of care defined by APPA service levels. Proposals must be submitted on a cost-plus basis with detailed pricing structures.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the awarded contract will be five (5) years from execution with the possibility of renewal for five (5) additional one-year terms, not exceeding a total of ten (10) years.
