Texas State University is requesting competitive proposals for selection of one or more responsive and responsible individuals or firms to provide FAA-certified (Part 141) rotor wing aircraft flight school. For Texas State University to enter into an effective and collaborative partnership with a flight school that produces highly skilled pilots prepared to maximize their opportunities in the workforce.
