Extended Opening Bid - Apparel, Awards, Promotional Items, Spirit Wear, and Uniforms

Work Requested:
Prosper Independent School District (PISD) is seeking bids for a MULTI-AWARD contract covering the supply of the following categories:

• Apparel
• Awards
• Promotional Items
• Spirit Wear
• Uniforms

Vendors who provide any of these goods are encouraged to respond, including sole source vendors. The goal is to establish a list of approved vendors from which PISD will source these items as needed. Please note, being awarded does not guarantee any minimum or specific level of purchases, and PISD is not obligated to use any particular vendor.

Who is Requesting:
Prosper Independent School District (PISD) is the issuing authority for this solicitation.

Background:
PISD is compiling a list of awarded vendors for the above categories to streamline procurement. This list will serve as the primary source for these goods when required by the district.

Contract Requirements:

• All vendors wishing to become approved for any of the listed categories must respond to this RFP.
• If your company is already awarded a contract through a Purchasing Cooperative or an existing Prosper ISD contract, you do NOT need to respond to this RFP.
• There is no guarantee of expenditure or obligation to use any specific vendor as a result of an award.

Instructions on Submission:

• PISD strongly encourages electronic bid submissions to minimize errors, reduce paperwork, and streamline processing. If you submit electronically, do not send a paper copy; the electronic version will prevail.
• Although electronic submission is preferred, PISD is legally required to accept paper (offline) bid submissions as well.

Important: To become an approved vendor for any of the listed categories, a response to this RFP is required unless you already have an active contract through a Purchasing Cooperative or a prior Prosper ISD award.
