Background
The Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute (RCHI) is seeking to establish a pool of vendors to provide Rural Health Marketing and Communication Services.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the outreach and effectiveness of health communication strategies in rural communities.

Work Details
Vendors will be required to deliver comprehensive marketing and communication services tailored for rural health initiatives.
This includes but is not limited to: developing marketing materials, conducting community outreach programs, creating digital content for social media platforms, organizing events aimed at health education, and providing strategic communication planning.
Vendors must demonstrate their capacity to deliver quality services that meet the specific needs of rural populations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a duration specified in the final agreement, with an expected start date around March 19, 2025, and concluding by April 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within the state of Texas, focusing on rural areas served by the Texas A&M Rural and Community Health Institute.
