Equipment Trailers

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids to purchase various Equipment Trailers for the State Parks Division as per the attached specifications dated April 2025.
The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality equipment trailers that meet specific operational needs for state parks.

Work Details
The contract includes the purchase of three types of equipment trailers:
1) Gooseneck Deckover Equipment Tilt Trailer (1 Each), examples include Load Trailer GE14 – GE0224072, Texas Pride Gooseneck Deck Over 14k lb Flatbed Power Tilt Trailer, or TPWD approved equivalent;
2) Deckover Equipment Trailer Twenty-Four (24) ft (1 Each), examples include Diamond C Trailers DEC, PJ Trailers F8, or TPWD approved equivalent;
3) Gooseneck Low-Pro Flatdeck Equipment Trailer Thirty (30) ft (1 Each), examples include PJ Trailers Low-Pro Flatdeck w/Duals (LD), Diamond C Trailers FMAX210, or TPWD approved equivalent.
All unit prices must include shipping, handling, fuel surcharges, delivery and offloading fees.
Specifications for each trailer type detail requirements such as dimensions, weight capacities, materials used, and additional features like hydraulic systems and lighting.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence upon issuance by TPWD and will automatically expire upon delivery date agreed upon and final acceptance by TPWD.

Place of Performance
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Headquarters Building D, 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Historically Underutilized Business by CPA.
Bidders must comply with all conditions of this bid including signing the bid submission.
Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 2:00 PM CST on April 22, 2025.
Bidders must also provide a Texas Identification Number and certify compliance with Executive Order GA-48 regarding foreign adversaries.
