Work Details
The contract involves providing a comprehensive, integrated multi-tenant SaaS ERP solution that includes the following functional areas:
- Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Supply Chain Management: Procurement and Contract Management
- Human Resources: Core HR, Benefits Administration
- Payroll: Employee Self-Service
- Reporting and Analytics: Standard Reporting, Dashboards
- Technical Integration: APIs for interoperability.
The solution must support an integrated procure-to-pay process, manage inventory for patient care supplies, facilitate human resources lifecycle management, ensure financial compliance and reporting capabilities, provide reliable data for decision-making, and maintain security standards. The project scope excludes clinical systems but requires integration with existing systems like Epic.
Period of Performance
The proposed contract term is five years with two additional one-year renewal options. The District may cancel the contract at any time with thirty days' notice.

The services will be performed within the geographic area served by the Tarrant County Hospital District in Fort Worth, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Respondents must register as vendors in the District's online vendor portal prior to consideration of their proposals. The District encourages participation from historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) with a target goal of 25% HUB participation. Vendors must comply with Texas Government Code regarding non-discrimination against firearm entities or energy companies and must not engage in scrutinized business operations in Sudan or Iran.
